Returns & Refunds 

We are a small business, and unlike a big box store, the costs of a return or refunds do affect us. We are happy to exchange your purchase (or gift) for another item, provided the returned pieces are in excellent condition, and within 7 days of purchase or receipt. Please contact us to discuss any exceptions, we want you to be happy and would love to work with you to find a solution. The exceptions to this policy are any special/bespoke/custom work, rings or earrings. Rings are generally made to your specifications, please do check your size before ordering! For any special or bespoke orders, all sales are final.

Please also note, we cannot refund shipping on either side of a return.  Do contact us before sending anything!  We will send you instructions.

We regret that once we process an order it cannot be cancelled – please check your order!
