Our Sterling Silver Tiny Cowry Stud Earrings feature a little sterling silver cowry hand-soldered onto sterling silver posts. These rare cowries are found empty in the sand; we never take things alive from the sea. After making molds from the intricately detailed little shells we make wax copies, cast them low-tarnish sterling silver, and finally grind, file, solder and polished.
